PARASYNC is run by FRNK (Marbu Neal Jr). This page describes exactly what the site collects and what happens to it. It is written to match how the site actually works — if something here does not match what you see, treat it as a bug and tell us.

What we collect

  • An email address and password, if you create an account. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
  • An email address, if you join the signal list.
  • Age check results. When an age check is required we ask for a date of birth, compare it in your browser, and store only a yes/no result. See below.
  • Your language choice, stored in your own browser.
  • Your cart contents, stored in your own browser. Nothing is for sale, so nothing is ever charged.
  • Your IP address, used briefly by our host to limit how often the chat can be called. It is not kept as a record of you.

Your date of birth is never stored

This one matters, so it is stated plainly. When the site needs to check your age, the date you type is compared in your browser and thrown away. It is never written to our database, never logged, and never sent to anyone. All that is kept is a single true/false answer to the question that was asked, for example whether the account holder is over 13. If a check fails, nothing is stored at all.

Children

PARASYNC is a general-audience site. It is not directed at children and is not built to attract them. All the same, you must be at least 13 to have an account or to join the signal list, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. The site asks for a date of birth before collecting an email address so that it never ends up holding one it should not.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it and close the account. We will not require you to prove more than is needed to identify the record.

How long we keep things

  • Account details are kept while the account exists, and deleted when you ask us to close it.
  • Signal list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed, and are reviewed at least once a year so that addresses which are no longer needed are deleted rather than kept indefinitely.
  • Age check results live alongside the account and are deleted with it.
  • Browser-stored items — language and cart — stay until you clear your browser data.

We do not keep personal information indefinitely. When it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, it is deleted.

Who else is involved

  • YouTubeserves the TV page. We use its privacy-enhanced mode, so it does not set its tracking cookies until you actually play something. Once you press play, YouTube's own terms and privacy policy apply to that playback.
  • xAI receives the messages you type to Otto, in order to reply to them. Do not tell Otto anything private — he is told never to ask for personal details, and you should not volunteer any.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Getting your data removed

Ask, and we will delete your account and any address we hold. Reach us through the Instagram account linked in the footer.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that affects what we collect, the date at the top changes with it. See also our Terms and Refund Policy.
